Related party exemption |
The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group. |
Turnover |
Turnover comprises revenue recognised by the company in respect of management services supplied during the year, exclusive of Value Added Tax and trade discounts. |
Income receivable in respect of consultancy and management fees is recognised in the period in which the work is undertaken. Income receivable in respect of recharged costs is recognised in the period in which the expense was incurred. Rental income is recognised on a receivable basis. |

Taxation |
