Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the principles set out in Financial Reporting Exposure Draft 50 Draft Abstract 1 Residential Management Companies Financial Statements.

Service charges
The service charges are contributions received from the members of the Company, all of whom are leaseholders of the properties at 4 Boyne Park Tunbridge Wells Kent TN4 8ET, to finance (at cost) the costs incurred in managing the freehold property at the same address.
