1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Whalebone Property Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
The company does not have any turnover as it is freeholder of the 26 flats that are in Millbrook Gardens. Certain expenses are paid by the company, and then collected from the leaseholders.

Tangible fixed assets
The company holds the freehold title of 26 residential accommodation. This is not depreciated.

Taxation
The company is freeholder of the 26 flats that are in Millbrook Gardens. Each flat has one share in the company; thus, they have a share in the freehold. It manages certain expenses of the flats for the leaseholders of the flats. Its income is expenses recharged by the flat owners. Any surplus over expenditure is transferred to a expense fund. The company therefore does not pay any corporation tax.
