1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Caspian Square Management Company Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office can be found on the Company Information page.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Assets and liabilities
The company makes no claim to the assets and liabilities held on the balance sheet. The company acts as a trustee through its directors on behalf of the tenants of Caspian Square, and all assets and liabilities are recognised as being held in trust on behalf of said tenants in accordance with the appropriate sections of the Landlord and Tenants Act 1987.

3. EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees during the year was NIL (2022 - NIL).

4. CASH AT BANK

All service charge monies collected but not expended are held in trust on behalf of the tenants in accordance with the appropriate sections of the Landlord and Tenants Act 1987, at Lloyds Bank PLC, under the title of "Caspian Sq Management Co".
