PWP Property LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Star House, Star Hill, Rochester, Kent, ME1 1UX.

For the financial year ended 31 March 2024 the Limited Liability Partnership was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008) relating to small limited liability partnerships.

The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act (as applied to limited liability partnerships) with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs subject to the small LLPs regime.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with our terms of engagement and in order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Acts that relate to preparing the financial statements of the LLP for the year ended 31 March 2024.

You have determined that the LLP is exempt from the statutory requirement for an audit for this accounting year. Therefore, the financial statements are unaudited.

 

The financial statements are provided exclusively to the members for the limited purpose mentioned above, and may not be used or relied upon for any other purpose or by any other person, and we shall not be liable for any other usage or reliance.

On the statement of financial position, you have acknowledged your duties under the prevailing Companies Acts to ensure that the LLP keeps adequate accounting records and prepares financial statements that give a true and fair view.
