Revenue is recognised to the extent that it is probable that the economic benefits will flow to the company and the revenue can be reliably measured. Revenue is measured as the fair value of the consideration received and receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
The company has one revenue stream. Income from net service charges is recognised in the profit and loss account when invoiced as per the service charge statements prepared in line with the service charge deeds of covenant, payable in advance. |

The company is controlled jointly by the tenants of properties managed by the company. No individual tenant had outright control as at the year-end. |
7. | MAINTENANCE SINKING FUND |
The maintenance sinking fund represents funds held to meet the cost of various future maintenance costs. The balance held in this fund at the year end was £2,770 (2022: £3,889). |
