The principle activity of the Company is that of a meeting venue and conference centre. The Company is wholly owned subsidiary of The Corporation of the Church House and its sole purpose is to provide income for its parent charity.

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    depreciation is calculated so as to write off the cost of tangible fixed assets less their estimated residual value on a straight line basis over the expected useful economic life of the asset concerned. the annual rates used for this purpose are between 10 and 33.33%
