Investment property comprises a number of commercial properties. The fair value of the investment properties has been arrived at on the basis of a valuation carried out on each property by Chris John & Partners, who are not connected with the company at 31 December 2016. The valuation was made on an open market basis by reference to market evidence of transaction prices for similar properties. The directors have reviewed fair values in the current period and have revised the fair values accordingly. |
