General information

The company is a private company limited by share capital, incorporated in England and Wales. The address of its registered office is 102a Ainsworth Road, Radcliffe, Manchester, Lancashire, M26 4ED.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

Related party transactions

At the year end the company was owed £4,059 from the director of the company; this was the maximum amount the loan became overdrawn by in the year. During the year the company made total advances to the director of £4,184 and received credits of £125.

No interest is charged on this loan and there were no terms attached to it. The loan is repayable on demand.

Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including the director) during the period, was 1.

These financial accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

For the financial period ending 30 September 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476; and

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
