For the year ending 31 December 2023 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen not to file a copy of the company's profit and loss account.

We are building a global community of 500 CEOs and their businesses. The transformational change programme works with The Valuable 500 community to improve their performance across leadership, culture, brand, reporting, research, data and representation. The scale of the disability inequality crisis globally cannot be resolved without business. Inclusive business creates inclusive societies. When business values people with disabilities and their families, society will follow. We are activating the global community to engage with a transformational change programme. We exist to build a business system that integrates the value of people with disabilities and their families into the business ecosystem.
