Going concern
After reviewing the company's current forecasts and projections, together with the facilities available to the company, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company is reliant on the continued support of Shing Lee Ho Chee Limited in the way of a loan of £3,015, Unigreg Limited in the way of a loan of £75,469 along with the loan from the directors of £317. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.
The presentational currency of the financial statements is Pounds Sterling, being the functional currency of the primary economic environment in which the company operates. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest Pound.
