The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The Company has opted not to file the income statement in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

Multi Variation Collations Limited is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in the United Kingdom under the Companies Act 2006 and is registered in England and Wales. The Company's principal place of business and registered office address is disclosed on the Company Information page.
The Company was dormant (within the meaning of section 480 of the Companes Act 2006) throughout the year ended 30 June 2024. The Company has not traded during the period or during the preceding financial period. During these periods, the Company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.

Basis of preparation of financial statements
