Service Charge Balances |
The service charge assets and liabilities of 1 Rutland Gate, London SW7, of which the company is trustee, have in previous years been included as equal and opposite entries in the company's balance sheet and notes. These have now been excluded in both the current year and comparative figures in accordance with ICAEW Technical Release 3/11. |

Turnover represents rental income for the year. |
Investment property |
Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in non distributable reserves. |
