The director and individual behind it. Shelley Line, began the process of opening a hair salon in 2019 and having secured premises opened in January 2020. We have continued this service throughout 2021, 2022 and 2023.In 2022 we widened our objectives following a successful application to the Social Enterprise Support Fund. Our application was with the aim to help the LGBTQ+ community to tackle loneliness and isolation and provide a welcoming space with no prejudice , a multi-purpose space, where members can be introduced to members of the community who feel extremely isolated, particularly those who are struggling with gender dysphoria. Our professionally structured meetings and activities have include dance, art, photography, modelling, design, make-up, hair and crafting all of which has been participant led but managed with a support mechanism in place by introducing a project coordinator and supervisor. We have space for up to 20 people to meet and participate on a weekly. Unfortunately our enterprise has not been able to sustain itself and we shut the doors on the 3 July 2023
