PUREZEST SHINDIG, operates with a particular emphasis on community development through community projects centred around youth and women development, poverty alleviation and community integration. The company was opened in incorporated on 6th December 2021. During the financial year ending 31st December 2023, the company carried out many of community projects which have benefited the community in the following ways. Our weekly youth dance class helped to bring youths in the community together to share their artistic dance skills and integrate while also learning about other people's culture through the different dance which cut across multi-cultural settings. Our women yoga classes benefited the women in the community by serving as a time for relaxation to unwind from stress especially following the covid-19 lock down period which had seen the rise of depression in women. Our weekly women zumba class served as a means of preventing sedentary lifestyles in women to enable them keep fit and avert diseases like obesity and other diseases associated with sedentary lifestyle.
The stakeholders include the directors of PUREZEST SHINDIG, the funders who have funded our projects in the past, and the residents in the community who participate in our projects and attend our weekly activities. We submitted impact assessment reports to the funders on their request. We collect information on the perception of our service users about our performance using questionnaires shared through emails and also during each project we ran in the community. This has helped us to evaluate our performance in order to identify possible areas for improvement. We also have a suggestion box where service users can submit their suggestions for service improvement
