1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006.

3. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Taxation
Taxation for the period comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity.

Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted.

Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.

4. EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees during the period was NIL (2021 - NIL).

At the balance sheet date, Tiller Ltd, a company in which Mr C H Hawkins is also a director and 50% shareholder, owed £220,165 (2021 - £220,165) to the company and is included under other debtors. This is an unsecured interest-free loan which is repayable on demand.

Property Liaisons (Developments) Ltd
At the balance sheet date, Property Liaisons (Developments) Ltd, a company in which Mr C H Hawkins is also a director, owed £54,000 (2021 - £54,000) to the company and is included under other debtors. This is an unsecured interest-free loan which is repayable on demand.

Tiller Rentals Ltd
At the balance sheet date, Tiller Rentals Ltd, a company in which Mr C H Hawkins is also a director, is owed £11,100 (2021 - £11,100) by the company and is included under other creditors. This is an unsecured interest-free loan which is repayable on demand.

The Lodge Cafe Ltd
