Glass V oices was set up to empower women to pursue leadership roles in society and amplifying their voices in the public sphere & professional settings. Its main activities: - Creating a supportive network of women speakers. - Actively pursuing gender balance of keynote speakers in professional events. - Promoting educational projects to empower women and girls. Women benefited by Glass V oices’ activities in the following ways: - Professional women have been taking part in a supportive network which encourages them to engage in pubic speaking in conferences and events, strengthen their self-confidence and empower them to fulfil their professional and personal potential. - Promoting gender balance among speakers benefit women and girls by having more role models of successful women presented in the public sphere.
The company's stakeholders are women who chose to take part in Glass Voices' network. They have been consulted regarding the best strategies to increase women participation in public speaking and shared their own personal experiences to promote the objectives of Glass Voices.
