The company receives recharges from its parent company for all the administrative expenses. These recharges are recognized as income in the profit and loss statement when the services are rendered or expenses incurred. The amounts are measured at fair value, reflecting an arm’s length transaction basis. For the period ended 31 December 2023, the total income recognized from recharges received from the parent company was £675,193. |
