Stoke Creates supports connectivity, strategic partnership work and investment from all sources. The Strategic Plan plan sits in the context of Stoke City Council’s current Cultural Strategy (2022-28) and Arts Council England’s strategy Let’s Create (2020-2030) and Stoke City Council’s Our City, Our Well- Being Strategic Plan 2024-2028.
