The company was registered in 2022. From 2022 till 2023 no work was undertaken. However some small work like trainings, were delivered organisations like STAR to start off the work. Voluntarily worked with individuals within the community to help them navigate the academic demographics and did campaigns to get money to start projects, this included getting grants and crowdfunds. These were all done with the aim to have the accounts for the year of 2024-2025. Further work included Spoke to group of individuals from displaced backgrounds to get back into higher education to be a part of our 2024 cohort. Spoke to woman directly within the organisations to find out how we can help them develop their careers by supporting them in education Voluntarily worked with individuals to help them pave path to the university Helped the application process in UCAS and in scholarship process. 7 individuals have been helped in the community to go to higher education and 3 have been helped to further education. Read statements and prepared the documents for the community with the participants.
We have added the stakeholders to work with us to add more value to the delivery of the projects. We added the alumni to our trustee board and to our training board to deliver the sessions within the community so they can learn from those who have lived experience. We have asked for the completion of surveys from the cohort to know what went good and what could have been changed to improve the delivery.
Director's had remuneration of £1923 to cover expenses for services provided in the period to 10th January 2024.
