Statement, Other Comprehensive Income, the Statement of Financial Position, the Statement of Changes in Equity |
and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given |
us. |
This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Loxlly's Electrical Installations Limited, as a body, in accordance |
with the terms of our engagement letter dated. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the |
accounts of Loxlly's Electrical Installations Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board |

It is your duty to ensure that Loxlly's Electrical Installations Limited has kept adequate accounting records and to |

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A of Financial |
Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' and the |
Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical costs convention as |
modified by the revaluation of certain assets. |
Revenue recognition
Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of Value Added Tax and trade discounts. |
Hire purchase and leasing commitments
Rentals payable under operating leases are charged against income on a straight line basis over the lease term.
