The company's parent (P.H. Wagner Verwaltungs-GmbH) and major supplier (Maschinenfabrik Wagner GmbH - a company under common control) have indicated their willingness to continue to provide support to enable the company to meet its obligations to third parties. It is the considered view of the director that he has a reasonable expectation that, with this support, the company will have adequate resources to continue operations for the foreseeable future. For this reason he continues to adopt the going concern basis for the year ended 31 December 2023.
