Year Ending: 31 January 2024

Company activities and impact

Sensecere CIC has continued to delivery Saturday Sensory Sessions for children with additional health and or learning requirements. These sessions are always delivered in a local community centre. With all the children and families living locally and attending local SEN schools. The sessions provide a much-needed break from caring for the families. It creates an opportunity for the children to attend a local setting along with their peeps. It enables all the family to feel part of a wider community.

Consultation with stakeholders

The stakeholders are the parents, carers and children. All three groups have been asked for feedback and we continually collect data for each child as they attend the sessions. We always work on an open-door policy, and pride ourselves on good communication on all levels, Director, Team and Parents working together to support the children in the best way possible. We pride ourselves on our on -going commitment to supporting families and helping them better educated and supported around their children’s needs. These acts have resulted in continued “ we like this approach” and our aim is to continue this very close way of working with families to feel less on their own and isolated around their personal issues with their child.
