For the year ending 31 January 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Company activities and impact

With the support our directors during this year we have focused on making a positive difference with children, young people and their families. We have provided pilot activities such as hip hop dance and tshirt and creative art activities in local community of the West midlands and other areas too. The children have explored anime, sensory, music and creative step by step drawings also creative paintings too. We have engaged with over 300 children and their families to provide activities which they have felt are suitable in the communities which include art creative activities. We have also supported children with SEN needs, and seen a positive experience. The current areas we supported where it was provided in Wolverhampton. In this last year we have been able to pilot more activities. These will involve creativity activities, and some more piloting sessions to support children and young people in the west midland’s areas. We will continue to grow by providing children’s led activities working alongside with other organisations, settings and providing activity trips which support children and young people. We will also provide day trips for children, young people, and their families to enjoy. We have been able to support children’s mental health, confidence, and self-esteem in different setting environment to support children’s health and wellbeing. We have received funding from Wolverhampton home community chest and The Art Council Funding to support children and young people and their families to enhance their achievements and passions

Consultation with stakeholders

Our stakeholders are: creatives, creative organisations, funders, volunteers, community, children and young people and their families and we have maintained an open conversation with them via online tools and feedback methods. We regularly review and improve our services using feedback from our customers and other stakeholders. Customers regularly suggest ideas which they would like to see provided in activities and or workshops along with any improvements feedback.
