The investment property represents a freehold reversionary interest in Downshill, Runfold, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 1JX. This was vested in the company's name at £1. Due to the long leases and restrictions on selling the reversionary interest the directors have valued this at 31 March 2024 at £1. |
