For the year ending 30 June 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen not to file a copy of the company's profit and loss account.

Company activities and impact

The community is dedicated to enhancing the lives of inhabitants in the London Borough of Hounslow and surrounding areas. We prioritize community participation in healthy recreation and strive to advance the social and physical education of children, young people, and adults of all ages. We offer a diverse range of services aimed at supporting and empowering vulnerable local individuals. This includes mentoring, social clubs, and skills training, all designed to foster personal growth and community engagement. Our initiatives actively promote inclusion for people with disabilities, enhance mental health and well-being, and support disadvantaged individuals in raising their aspirations. Through collaboration with local organizations that share our objectives, we create a network of support for the community. Participants in our programs can engage in various activities, including workshops and open-access social clubs, which foster connection and development. Our goal is to inspire imaginative approaches to physical activity, using sport as a catalyst for positive change. We focus on health, social inclusion, community cohesion, and education to create lasting impacts. Additionally, we provide local residents with access to specialist support related to health, personal development, training, and employment. By empowering individuals and upskilling them, we aim to open up more pathways and opportunities for disabled individuals. Our peer-to-peer support, work experience opportunities, and mentoring programs are designed to uplift and equip participants for future success.
