Taxation |
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

The Company owns the Freehold of the premises "Sea Point", 8 Martello Park, Canford Cliffs, Poole Dorset. |
The premises comprise of seven flats which are occupied by each of the seven members under long term lease agreements and as the actual value of the Freehold effectively reverts to the seven leaseholders, in the opinion of the Directors, the value attached to the Company's interest as at 24 June 2020 is correctly shown at the original cost of £14,967. |
