1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |

2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |
The company meets its operational working capital requirements by way of a bank overdraft and normal supplier credit. |
After making enquiries, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. |
Turnover |
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates Value Added Tax and other sales taxes. |
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation |
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation has been provided on all tangible fixed assets at rates calculated to write off the cost less estimated residual value of each asset over its expected useful life. It is calculated at the following rates: |

Work in progress is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value. |
Cost is calculated using the first-in, first-out method and includes all purchase, transport, and handling costs in bringing stocks to their present location and condition. |
Taxation |
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

9. | DIRECTOR'S ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES |
At 31st January 2024 an amount of £14,883 (2023: £11,902) was due to the company from M Borowczyk, director. During the year advances of £32,750 and repayments of £29,768 were made in respect of this loan. There was no interest (2023: Nil) charged on this balance. |
