The company provides a range of online and in person yoga & wellbeing sessions. The company was setup in 2020, in response to covid. During 2023-24 we have continued to offer affordable, accessible online yoga and in person sessions. T The online sessions have benefited people with health conditions, who have caring responsibilities, no transport and or are on low incomes. The in-person sessions have given people the opportunity to socialise and practice yoga in a safe space, with like minded people. The impacts have been improving physical and mental wellbeing. The activities have also given people a sense of belonging to a friendly, welcoming community.
Our customers and stake holders are the residents of Oldham and Rochdale. We send regular monthly news letters to customers and encourage feedback and suggestions to improve our services. We use social media to advertise our funded and affordable sessions to reach as many people as possible. We introduced in person monthly mini retreats in response to customers requests/suggestions. We are members of action together Oldham and Rochdale.
