We aim to manage the Town Hall Building to provide safe spaces for leisure, educational, social and business purposes. This helps generate and enshrine the Pudsey Community for the better.
The Directors of Pudsey Town Hall maintain constant communication with Leeds City Council while lease negotiations are ongoing. The members of Pudsey community, as our other main stakeholders, are informed of our progress and asked for ideas for the use of the Town Hall. These communications are active, encouraging and definitely supportive of the aims of the Pudsey Town Hall CIC.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
