The board are delighted with the impact that the organisation has had over the last 12 months in the communities of Calderdale and beyond. We have grown at a rapid rate and have set up and delivered dozens of projects to children, young people and communities with additional needs. We have delivered thousands of hours of community sports and activities through our Try High, Rugbees and schools programme to individuals in our community who need it most. We have improved the confidence, self esteem, wellbeing and access to physical activity of hundreds of young people and we are excited as a board for what the future will bring.
The Company’s Stakeholders are our local schools, colleges, amateur clubs and community groups. We hold regular meetings with them for feedback and consultation. We have also created partnerships with the local authority, West Yorkshire Police and various NHS departments to create new ways to combine sport activities with health promotions and educational resources.
