These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 Section 1A smaller entities - 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland' and the Companies Act 2006 (as applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime).The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

Related party transactions |
During the year the Directors loaned monies to the Company amounting to £210 (2023: £11,010). Total amounts owing due to the Directors at the year end were £58,326.34 (2023: £58,116). They continue to support the growth of the Company, and therefore do not envisage repaying the Loans within one year.
During the year the Company were loaned monies by TR7 SkatePark Ltd, amounting to £12 (2023: £5,804).
No rent was re-charged to TR7 SkatePark Ltd during the year, amounting to £NIL (2023: £6,740).
For the financial year ending 29 February 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
