The director presents his report and the unaudited accounts of the company for the year ended 31 May 2024 .
Principal activities
The principal activity of the company during the year was management consultancy services.

Director's responsibilities for the accounts
The director is responsible for preparing the Director's Report and the accounts in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
Company law requires the director to prepare accounts for each financial year. Under that law the director has elected to prepare the accounts in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (United Kingdom Accounting Standards and applicable law). Under company law the director must not approve the accounts unless he is satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company and of the profit or loss of the company for that period. In preparing these accounts, the director is required to:
- select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;
- make judgements and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
- prepare the accounts on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the company will continue in business.
The director is responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the company's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and enable him to ensure that the accounts comply with the Companies Act 2006. He is also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
Small company provisions
This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies entitled to the small companies exemption.

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of CBRG Limited for the year ended 31 May 2024, which comprise the income statement, statement of financial position and the notes to the accounts from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. As a practising member firm of ICAS, we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at www.icas.com/accountspreparationguidance. This report is made solely to the director of CBRG Limited in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 5 November 2019. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of CBRG Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to you in this report in accordance with the requirements of ICAS as detailed at www.icas.com/accountspreparationguidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than CBRG Limited and its director for our work or for this report.

1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 1 (2023: 1 ).
For the year ending 31 May 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;
- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts .
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions.
