Company activities and impact

During 23-24 root training applied for many grants to help support the communities within the need of the wider communities, working closely with social prescribers and the community to enable the continuation of our walking projects. We were successful with some, including a crowdfunding project with sports England and other small project funding. However, due to rising costs of the overheads and more and more CIC’s and charities applying for national funding to cover these costs we were unsuccessful with our grants during this period. Root Training continues to support some communities on a volunteer basis and still we receive the need for our services in 24-25.
