CALEDONIA INTERACTIVE LIMITED

Directors' report period ended 31 January 2024

The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 January 2024

Principal activities of the company

The company produces video games with one that has been under development for several years. The game has been setup on the Valve Steam online shop platform in a pre-release state as it prepares for commercial release. In order to get the game to be approved on Steam a Business Bank Account was required which in turn required a company. At the moment all work is being undertaken by the director on a pro-bono basis and any expenses incurred are being paid for out of personal funds. The project is now in an advanced enough state where publisher funding is being sought, which if successful will lead to an income for the business prior to the games release. However neither publisher funding nor the games sales have occurred yet leading to no income for the company in the 2023-2024 accounting year.
