Affordable Housing: Our company has been able to create affordable housing options for low-income individuals, helping to address issues of homelessness and housing insecurity. Community Engagement: We also involve local residents in decision-making processes regarding housing projects, ensuring that the accommodations meet the actual needs of the community. Support Services: Beyond just providing housing, we often offer additional support services, such as community support, job training, and financial education, which help residents improve their overall well-being.
With local community members, especially those affected by housing issues and also City council.Consultation was also done with Builders and property landlords who may be involved in housing projects. These consultations were done through community online forums and face to face meetings. Consultation with stakeholders not only helps in understanding the diverse needs related to affordable housing but also fosters community ownership and collaboration, ultimately leading to more successful housing initiatives.
