1. General Information
Bolonia Residents Management Company Limited is a private company, limited by guarantee, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 02603770 . The registered office is 27 The Grove, Deal, CT14 9TL.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following bases:
Freehold Property

The Company owns the Freehold Property which consists of six flats. The Company granted 999 year leases to the flatholders in 1978 and consequently the company only holds the reversionary interest in the property. Due to the length of the leases the directors do not consider it necessary to value the Freehold Reversion and have not placed a value on it at present.
