Principal activities of the company

Health and wellbeing retreat days for groups, communities, carers, children and families. Community wellbeing events, full days, half days, workshops. Face to face and virtual. Training in mindfulness to enable groups, communities and families to support their own needs.

Company activities and impact

Our aims and vision is to offer support, education and signpost local groups in Bolton. Through our interaction with these groups, such as Bereavement Cafe, Dementia Cafe, Breaking Barriers and other CIC’s. We aim to promote emotional well-being, empowerment and confidence to vulnerable groups by being involved in creative activities. Our range of clients will be from pre-school children through to old age pensioners. Our creativity events will be diverse and will be aimed appropriately for the age group concerned. Over our 1st year we have secured grants from Bolton CVS to work with the above groups and have delivered a number of workshops.
