The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the directors in respect of the company's annual unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Profit and loss account is not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of GT Powell Property Investments Ltd for the year ended 31 March 2024 which comprise the Profit and loss account, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |

The company has net liabilities of £13,076 (2023 - £10,501) at the year end. The directors have considered the cashflows for the 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts and consider that the company will continue to operate within its agreed facilities. The company has the continued support of its directors. |
Recognising the factors above the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. |

The bank loan included within creditors of £117,009 (2023 - £117,016) is secured by a fixed charge over the freehold property. |
