The loan is free of interest and is repayable on demand. A dividend of £35,000 (2022 £32,000) was paid to the director during the year. |
9. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
Chapel Press Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chapel Press Holdings Limited and is incorporated in England And Wales. At the year end the capital and reserves of Chapel Press Limited were £597,950 (2023 £501,718) and its retained profit for the year was £96,232 (2023 loss £381,072. A dividend of £150,000 (2023 £650,000) was paid by Chapel Press Limited to Chapel Press Holdings Ltd during the year. |
At the year end £3,775 was owed by Chapel Press Holdings to the subsidiary (2023 £2,105 owed to Chapel Press Holdings Limited). |
The loan is free of interest and repayable on demand. |
