2Off balance sheet arrangements
All transactions in the year relating to the service charges and maintenance for the common areas, in accordance with the leases, are shown in separate service charge accounts that do not form part of the Annual Company Accounts and are not filed at Companies House.
All Service Charge monies received from the residents are held in a designated client account in the name of the Residents Association and held on trust in accordance with the provisions of Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
