The financial statement have been prepared on a going concern basis. |
Turnover |
The income of the company is derived from the leaseholders of the property. Each leaseholder contributes a fixed proportion towards the expenditure incurred in respect of the property. The company is a mutual company for the benefit of the leaseholders and any other income or interest accruing is applied to company expenditure. The leaseholders make quarterly payments to the company to be received by the end of June, September, December and March each year. |
