1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

SignUp Software UK Ltd is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).


2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Going concern
The directors assess whether the use of the going concern basis is appropriate and whether there are any material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the ability of the company to continue as a going concern. Having reviewed the future projected cash flows, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue its activities for the foreseeable future. The directors have considered the level of reserves held and the expected level of income and expenditure for a period of twelve months from approval of these financial statements. The directors therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements, as outlined in the Statement of Directors' Responsibilities. Furthermore, the support currently being provided to the company by its parent company is confirmed to continue to be made available for the foreseeable future.

Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Plant and machinery etc - 33.33% on cost

Taxation
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.

Foreign currencies
Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating result.

Hire purchase and leasing commitments
Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to profit or loss on a straight line basis over the period of the lease.

Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits
The company contributes to personal pension schemes for directors and employees. The assets of the schemes are held by independent pension providers. The amount charged to the profit and loss account is the contributions payable in the year.
