We are a mobile bike services social enterprise. We carry out all number of bike and cycling activities on a mobile basis in and around the towns and communities of the North East of Scotland. Examples include, adult cycle training, cycle maintenance, free to participate activities such as giving bikes away to young people in need, free bike safety checks. Our work is paid for in some cases by individuals and organisations, and in other cases we are awarded funding to carry them out. Our impact is that we reach small rural and isolated communities that would otherwise not have access to such services, and we keep people moving (by bike) to contribute towards better overall health and wellbeing, and for the benefit of the environment.
No consultation with stakeholders
As a CIC we do not take any shares or dividend payments at all. Any and all payments to directors is purely salary payments for services worked, which is processed via monthly payroll with PAYE.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
