  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services. Turnover is reduced for estimated customer returns, rebates and other similar allowances.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following bases. Plant & Machinery. No depreciation until removal.

Company activities and impact

The company will provide access to affordable outdoor learning in a forest school environment together with arts and crafts. There will be a qualified primary school and forest school teacher. The company will provide services which currently these families do not have access to. This learning environment will help children with confidence, social skills, anxiety and team building. Space for parents to work and share whilst the children are in activities.This will enable usually isolated parents to meet other parents and the community in a safe environment where they can share, support and work if needed. Pony handling and riding programme. Enabling children to learn new skills and responsibility helping towards anxiety and improving unsocial skills to enable inclusion.
