OACP provides support and networking to adult social care providers in Oxfordshire. Over the past year OACP has delivered continued leadership for its community through regular virtual: - Sector networks - A jobs portal for advertising job vacancies - A weekly newsletter to reflect changing guidance and latterly weekly to keep colleagues up to date and informed. OACP is the local support organisation for supporting digital improvement across adult social care across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire and provides guidance for enabling adult social care providers to take the first step towards digitising care records and connect to NHS services such as NHSmail, proxy access and EPR access. OACP also continued to deliver and expanded its trusted assessor service in September 2023 to support people to be discharged out of hospital appropriately and safely.
