Basis of preparing the financial statements |
Going concern |
Despite the company having net liabilities at the year end, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the director, who is also 100% shareholder of the company, has assured financial support to the company to enable it to meet its working capital requirements for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the director concludes that an assumption of going concern is appropriate for these financial statements. |

Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. |

Financial instruments |
The company only enters into basic financial instrument transactions that result in the recognition of financial assets and liabilities such as trade and other debtors, trade creditors and loans from related parties. |
Financial assets that are measured at cost and amortised cost are assessed at the end of each reporting period for objective evidence of impairment. If objective evidence of impairment is found, an impairment loss is recognised in profit and loss. |
Financial assets and liabilities are offset and the net amounts presented in the financial statements when there is a legally enforceable right to set off the recognised amounts and there is an intention to settle on a net basis or to realise the asset and settle the liability simultaneously. |
Foreign currencies |
Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating result. |

The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the director in respect of the company's annual unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Income Statement and certain other primary statements and the Report of the Director are not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of B.H.
