The members acknowledge their responsibilities for: |
(a) | ensuring that the LLP keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 as applied to LLPs by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 and |

Datum House (Crewe) LLP ('The LLP') is primarily engaged in property rental. |
The LLP (registered number OC335712) is incorporated in England and Wales and its registered office address is Datum House, Electra Way, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6ZF. |
The functional and presentational currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£). Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £. |

Investment property |
Investment property is shown at fair value, the fair value is reviewed annually by the directors. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in the fair value is recognised in the profit or loss within the Statement of Comprehensive Income. Rentals received bn the year from the investment property are included in turnover and are recognised on a straight line basis over the period of the lease or to the date of the next rent review. |
Hire purchase and leasing commitments |
Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to profit or loss on a straight line basis over the period of the lease. |
