In the financial year under review, Digital for Humanity CIC continued its mission to empower Community Interest Companies (CICs) and charities with essential digital marketing, technology, and operational skills, supporting the growth and impact of social enterprises across the UK. Through our comprehensive programs, we provided free training, mentorship, and digital services, enabling community-focused organizations to enhance their digital presence and outreach capabilities. Digital for Humanity CIC also launched multiple initiatives focused on skill-building for underrepresented groups, equipping individuals with high-demand competencies in digital marketing, website management, and data analysis. These initiatives helped local charities and social enterprises to significantly increase their engagement with target audiences, thereby maximizing their social impact. Notably, the CIC engaged over 10 social enterprises, with each benefiting from tailored digital strategies and marketing plans that improved their operational efficiency and raised digital engagement. By enabling these organizations to reach wider communities more effectively, Digital for Humanity CIC has contributed to strengthening the infrastructure and resilience of the social sector, fostering sustainable, long-term benefits for both the organizations and the communities they serve. Through these activities, Digital for Humanity CIC has remained committed to bridging the digital divide, empowering communities, and driving positive societal change across the UK.
The company's shareholders are: Prashant Kumar and Mahendra Singh Negi Digital for Humanity CIC recognizes its stakeholders as the community interest companies, charities, volunteers, and social enterprises it serves, along with its funding partners, training participants, and local communities. Throughout the financial year, we engaged in regular consultations with these stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and challenges. These consultations were conducted through quarterly feedback surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one sessions with key representatives from partnering organizations. Stakeholders expressed a need for more in-depth support in digital strategy and a stronger emphasis on skill-building workshops. In response, Digital for Humanity CIC expanded its program offerings to include advanced digital marketing workshops and personalized support sessions, ensuring stakeholders had access to the necessary resources and guidance for sustainable growth.
