RESULTS FOR THE PERIOD AND ALLOCATION TO MEMBERS |
The profit for the period before members' remuneration and profit shares was £110,594 (2023 - £199,108 profit). |
MEMBERS' INTERESTS |
The members participate fully in the LLP's profits, share risks and subscribe to further capital in proportion to their share of profits. On ceasing to be a member, capital repaid is the amount in credit in the member's capital account on cessation date and such additional sums (if any) as represents the fair value of the share of such member in the capital of LLP over and above the amount of such capital account. |
Each member may receive drawings from the LLP on account of their entitlement to profits in such amounts as shall be determined by the members. |
No transfers have occurred of members interests from capital to debt during the period and up to the date the accounts are approved. |

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006 as applied to LLPs by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Whitehome Consultants LLP for the period ended 31st March 2024 which comprise the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the LLP's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |

2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |
The significant accounting policies applied in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have been consistently applied to all years presented unless otherwise stated. |
Revenue recognition |
Turnover comprises revenue recognised by the LLP in respect of services supplied during the year, |
exclusive of value added tax and trade discounts. |
Revenue is recognised as contract activity progresses to reflect the LLP's partial performance of its |
contractual obligations. The amount of revenue reflects the accrual of the right to consideration as contract |
activity progresses by reference to the value of the work performed. |
