Company activities and impact

My Boy Can; creates project to raise awareness and support for boys who are often misunderstood by the social constraints of Male Gender. To promote positive male gender; through challenging the confining stereotypes that currently exist and create conversation to help develop the male stereotype to become more complex To encourage diversity and inclusion within our society, to stop saying a boy can't or shouldn't do something because he is a boy and start saying My Boy Can and still be male. To celebrate and support families who are bold enough to challenge stereotypes by saying My Boy Can dress up as princesses, can cry, can enjoy learning ballet and can play with dolls. To support our boys to have the same Gender Equality and social attitudes and behaviours as females; by changing social attitudes and behaviours towards boys, so they too can feel empowered instead of feeling shamed. To create a support network and a community for like-minded boys to engage in activities together. Helping to increase a positive mental health and promote discussions of boys finding tools to be able to show emotions and discuss feelings effectively. To create workshops and educational tools for children of Primary school age; to raise discussions of gender, gender stereotyping specifically within job roles and encourage gender equality through our workshops. To find ways to provide tools and promote positive mental health, reduce bullying and stigmas and to encourage a new dialogue between boys and emotions/feelings. To promote a start in saying My Boy Can and show our boys the positivity they need to be themselves, male and proud.
