1. General Information
REMAC (PLANT HIRE & HAULAGE) LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 13432306 . The registered office is 28 Christie Road, Stevenage, SG2 0NG.
Note Going Concern 
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue to operate for the foreseeable future and will be able to realize its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.
For the year ending 30th June 2023, the Company reported a profit and a positive balance sheet position. However, subsequent to the year-end, the Company has been experiencing significant cash flow difficulties. 
Due to the lack of information from the Directors, there is a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt on the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Without detailed plans and measures from the management, it is difficult to assess whether the Company will be able to manage its cash flow issues and continue operations.
Given the current circumstances and the lack of sufficient information from the management, the Directors have concluded that there is a material uncertainty related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. These financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the Company was unable to continue as a going concern.

For the year ending 30 June 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
