We have a volunteer leadership team that we often consult around how to improve communications around the work that Let's Improve Workplace Wellbeing CIC carry out. We also allow this to give us more expertise and sharing of best practices around the topic of Workplace Wellbeing. It is all about collaboration that we are able to have and impact change in a small manner We have regular monthly meetings to get direction on key topics, research and learnings. We have set up a group for all the key stakeholders to get steer on key events, types of workshops and key wellbeing, mental health and financial wellbeing initiatives we need to learn from. The feedback is then fed back and we make the necessary adjustments.
