The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 January 2024

Principal activities of the company

The company’s activities are available for all members of the public to access regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and religion. We benefit hard to reach, dis-engaged and marginalised groups that struggle in employment and education and people livening in poverty and homelessness. We also aim to reach children, young people and adults who face day to day struggles, be that deprivation, gang culture, drugs/substance abuse, domestic violence, homelessness etc. We assist communities by providing vital services and support to remove disadvantages. Our company benefits those living in the West Midlands, with a focus on inner-city Birmingham. Empower young people to create more resilient individuals. By educating the young people to be more resilient, it will allow them to make the right decisions. Our communities are rife with gang, knife, and drug issues. The company will be developing several interventions to help educate the young people NOT to take the wrong path which could lead to a life of crime. This will benefit the community by having less crime and reducing the financial resources in local policing and ultimately the criminal justice system. Empower women of all ages, races, backgrounds, and religions to speak up about domestic violence. Since the lockdowns, domestic violence rates have increased. Various workshops and interventions will be implemented to help women to speak up about their circumstances, but also knowing what to do, if or, when they become a victim of domestic violence. The company is being set up to provide training courses, employment opportunities, support services to target homelessness, isolation, and crime prevention. All members of the community, young people and adults will have an exciting and safe place, for recreation and to express themselves. Promote health and wellbeing through physical exercise via our access to local gyms and fitness centres. These activities improve physical health: gaining confidence: reduce stress and anxiety: improve mental health and state of mind, as well as increase fitness, reduce obesity and encourage healthier lifestyles, increase social contact, peer interaction and skills. Mentoring, coaching, and relationship building, providing support and advice through appropriate role models and mentors. Individuals engaging will have positive role models and mentors to look up to and learn from which will instil justified confidence and reduce stress, anxiety and alleviate social issues. If the company makes any surplus, it will be invested back into the business to be able to facilitate the positive development of more disadvantaged people.

Aims and Objectives The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community and in particular (without limitation) to: To engage with people from all genders, ages and ethnicities aiming to reach children, young people and adults who face day to day struggles, be that deprivation, gang culture, drugs/substance abuse, domestic violence etc. To provide mentoring, coaching and relationship building, support and advice through appropriate role models and peer mentors. To improve physical and mental health through the provision and health and fitness services. To improve social interaction and team building activities, through social events and activities such as cinema, football games, martial arts show, concerns etc To work in partnership with schools, colleges, places of education and agencies and services supporting our disadvantages people Provide secure accommodations for those that require our services.
