For the year ending 31 December 2023 the LLP was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 as modified by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 relating to small LLPs.
The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts as modified by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the LLP.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime modified by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 relating to small LLPs.
The members have decided not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the LLP's profit and loss account.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
1a. Basis Of Accounting
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS102 section 1A - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006 and the requirements of the Statement of Recommended Practice, Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships.

Prior year adjustment - additions to short leasehold properties in the previous accounting period were incorrectly classified as land and buildings and depreciation was incorrectly calculated for the previous two accounting periods, partly as a consequence of the incorrect classification. The figures for the previous accounting period have been restated as a result of this prior year adjustment.

1b. Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.
