In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of Beechholme Management Limited for the year ended 29 February 2024 which comprise of the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Beechholme Management Limited, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 1 August 2016. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of Beechholme Management Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Beechholme Management Limited, as a body, in this report in accordance with the requirements of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants as detailed at http://www.cimaglobal.com. For the year ending 29 February 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Statutory information
Beechholme Management Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 05718003. The registered office is Landmark House, 556 Leeds Road Outwood, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 2DX.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.

Accounting policies
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Going concern
After reviewing the company's current position and future forecasts, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Turnover
Turnover represents rent receivable in the period. The total turnover of the company for the year has been derived from its principle activity wholly undertaken in the UK.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
The investment properties are revalued annually in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008) relating to investment properties. No provision is made in these accounts for depreciation. In the opinion of the directors, this departure from the requirements of the Companies Act is required for the accounts to give a true and fair view. The surplus or deficit on the revaluation is transferred to the revaluation reserve unless a deficit below original cost, or its reversal is expected to be permanent, in which case it is recognised in the profit and loss account for the year.
Investments
Fixed asset investments are stated at cost less provision for diminution in value.
