Basis of preparing the financial statements |
At the balance sheet date current liabilities exceeded current assets by £17,918. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the company continues to receive the support of the director where required to ensure it meets all liabilities as they fall due. |

Turnover represents sales in relation to recharge of costs to other group companies. |
Financial instruments |
