During the financial year, Global Peace Ins (GPI) CIC focused on delivering training programs for educators both online and in person in the Maldives. These training sessions aimed to equip educators with conflict resolution and peace-building skills to foster supportive and inclusive learning environments. Through these activities, GPI contributed to the professional development of local educators, enhancing their ability to address social challenges within their communities. By empowering educators, the company has had a positive impact on the broader community, supporting a culture of peace and resilience.
Throughout the year, Global Peace Ins (GPI) CIC engaged in regular consultation with key stakeholders to ensure our training programs aligned with the needs of the educational community in the Maldives. This included discussions with school administrators, local educators, and community leaders to understand the unique challenges they face in fostering peaceful and supportive learning environments. Feedback from these stakeholders was integral in shaping our training curriculum, ensuring it addressed relevant issues such as conflict resolution, inclusive, and social-emotional learning. By incorporating stakeholder insights, GPI was able to tailor its offerings to better serve the community and enhance the impact of its initiatives.
