The company's stakeholders are all residents in proximity to ongoing projects and all individuals, local authorities and engaged participants that have engaged with aspects of our service throughout the year. Senior members of staff and directorship have been actively engaged and involved with aspects of delivery and regularly communicate with stakeholders face to face. Ongoing consultation with stakeholders via face-to-face meetings, social media platforms, focus group interviews, contact us sections of website and email whilst working in partnership with local organisations via network events including regional youth network events allows direct consultation with statutory services. PTS workforce encourage feedback both during sessions and post-delivery ensuring continuous improvement on all aspects of delivery through constant reflection. Utilising the Sportfin online booking management system provides an additional channel of communication with all members. Findings from this years' survey will help to guide further development within sessions ensuring sessions remain fun to members and encourage social interaction. With mental health being an emerging priority for many current members, ensuring staff are trained with mental health first aid, psychologically informed environments and also ACE's in Doorstep Sport will be key priorities this coming year.
