Company policy on disabled employees

Our commitment remains to ensure an inclusive environment for all, with a particular focus on disabled individuals. We uphold our duty to make reasonable adjustments to our practices and premises to accommodate disabled people, especially when any arrangements or physical features of the premises might lead to a significant disadvantage.     Turnover policy

    Turnover includes £7600 Grant from Mayors Office and £3500 from Haringey Ltd and directors as non-cash contributions of time, materials and services.

Company activities and impact

Career and Business Support Initiatives Job Club Plus & Over 50’s Job Club - 104 Sessions: Provided consistent job support and employability training for community members, focusing on career development and business support for those over 50. Job Fair - April 2023: Organised a community job fair to connect job seekers with local employers, offering direct opportunities for employment and networking. This event was well-received and served as a valuable platform for community engagement and employability support. CV Writing and Interview Preparation Workshops - Supported employability by enhancing CV and interview skills for job seekers across age groups. Digital Inclusion Initiative Digital Skills Workshops - 35 Sessions: Continued to address digital inequalities by offering computer literacy workshops in Enfield for those aged 50+. Collaboration was strengthened with the Over 50s Forum, ensuring ongoing support and potential funding for extended reach. Community Engagement Projects Employment, Community Engagement, and Health Meetings: Attended multiple meetings throughout the year focused on employment, community engagement, and health. These meetings provided insights and fostered partnerships that align with our mission to support community well-being and address inequalities. Collaboration with NYCC: We worked closely with NYCC, an organisation specialising in youth engagement. This partnership allowed us to extend our reach and resources to support better young people in the community, particularly those facing challenging circumstances. Youth Support Initiatives Youth Mentorship Programs - Focused on supporting hard-to-reach youth and those at risk of violence, with life skills and mentorship initiatives aimed at promoting positive contributions to their communities. Partnerships Continued focus on Digital Inclusion for elderly residents and expanded Mental Health, Employment, and health Partnerships to broaden community support.

Consultation with stakeholders

Stakeholder Consultation Discussions were held on non-vocational training expansion, such as smartphone photography, graphic design, and technology troubleshooting workshops. Additionally, explored potential contributions to health awareness and promotion in deprived London areas, aligning with the goals of increased health service accessibility.
