The directors have considered the working capital requirements of the company for a period of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements and determined that, the company will have and create sufficient working capital to enable it to continue to operate in line with its current budgets and business plan. As a result of these conclusions, the directors deem it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the basis that the company is a going concern. |
