For the year ending 31 October 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Principal Activity
The principal activity of the company was the provision of a property maintenance service. The company ceased trading on 31st October, 2024.
Going concern
Following the cessation of trading on 31st October, 2024, an application is being made for the dissolution of the company, at Companies House.
