COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

CRESCENDO COLLECTIVE C.I.C.

Company Number: 15097650 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 March 2024

Company activities and impact

The company’s activities over the financial year have given back to our groups of young people within the producer community by granting them access to London’s most prestigious studio, Metropolis. During a Warner Writing camp, they met influences and gained gems and got to have a studio session with a charting artist. One which has now got accreditation on their forthcoming album dropping 1st quarter of 2025. Each monthly cohort of producers who attend the midi Mobb programme has learnt and progressed during studio sessions which has led to us converting 6 credited placements for one of our successors. We have held a mental health gym therapy session which has brought a lot of young men out of there shell and improving their health doing so. We’ll continue to make progress and expand on what we’ve started.

Consultation with stakeholders

Our stakeholders have been consulted about our delivery of programmes and have effectively aided us in evolving delivery by providing us insight, suggestion and critique. An example of this has been when we were advised to increase the length of time our sessions ran to accommodate for participants who took in information at lesser speed as well as accommodating varied learning styles

Directors' remuneration

Directors were remunerated with the costs of the studio hire and staffing costs.

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
