Transactions with related parties
As at the year end the company owed P Havard (director) £42,308 (2021 - £74,782) During the period under review Caverdale Estates Limited was deemed a related party by virtue of common control. At the year end Redwood Estates Limited was owed £197,898 (2021 - £263,398) by Caverdale Estates Limited. During the period under review Laurel Properties Limited was deemed a related party by virtue of common control. At the year end Redwood Estates Limited owes £95,000 (2021 - £95,000) to Laurel Properties Limited.
