The company premises are leased at an annual cost of £13,000, The twenty five year lease expires in January 2048, however, there is a break clause for both parties in January 2029. |
The company had other outstanding commitments for future minimum lease payments under non-cancellable operating leases as at the reporting date. Amounts due within one year amount to £14,940 and within 2-5 years, £55,580. |

4. | GOING CONCERN |
The directors have undertaken a review of the trading position and cashflows of the company taking account of the working capital position and support from related parties. |
After making the appropriate enquiries, the directors believe that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly the accounts are prepared on the going concern basis. |
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for: |
(a) | ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and |
(b) | preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company. |
