Debtors and creditors receivable / payable within one year |
Debtors and creditors with no stated interest rate and receivable or payable within one year are recorded at transaction price. Any losses arising from impairment are recognised in the income and expenditure account. |
Service charge accounts |
The company is the headlessor of Bridge House and as such acts as a trustee of the statutory trust in respect of service charge monies collected for the maintenance of Bridge House. Income and expenditure arising as a result of these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property including any cash balances held and do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. |
