Company activities and impact

The Education Suite has maintained working relationships with local organisations and continued working with identified groups of young people with low confidence, high anxiety and lacking direction when leaving full time education, and there are young adults who have started employment but have not gained skills or behaviours to excel in the place of work. The Education Suite have supported these particular groups by delivering employability and wellbeing workshops both face to face and online based on closing the identified gap above. We have been fortunate to collaborate with other organisations and share resources so we can reach many communities to promote and sustain positive mental wellbeing strategies and increase confidence in the world of work.

Consultation with stakeholders

Most of The Education Suite stakeholders are post 16 providers as well as other local charities, we work together to close the identified gaps in the local community and also look at national trends to deliver tailored online workshops. The key stakeholders are the ones who receive services and their feedback has been positive, furthermore past cohorts of younf people who have come out on the otherside are wanting to volunteer and a positive sign that The Education Suite has built lasting relationships.
