The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 January 2024

Principal activities of the company

The Hope Collective brings together youth organisations, justice intervention and care specialists, housing, business and statutory bodies to promote the same cause. It is a partnership of organisations who provide a platform for young people to define and address poverty and inequality as it affects their lives. We have both Executive and Non-executive structures constructed of senior leaders from high profile national organisations, academics and other professional representatives who voluntarily give of their time and support to help the organisation flourish. Most importantly, we enable young people to tackle the the issues of the day from their point of view and thus we view our Youth Management Board as the key body in our organisation. The focus of the Hope Collective at the present time is the production of the ‘Reimagined Report’.

We are a non-political organisation.

Company policy on disabled employees

Every young person (up to aged 30) can be represented in the Hope Collective, we will ensure all can take part be respecting and adapting to their needs.

Company activities and impact

We have brought together young people (3500) through 30 hope hacks to hear what they feel is needed to help them prosper and develop. We have liaised with key partners to feed this back and developed a future strategy to bring together the youth sector and feed this into local and central Government objectives.

Consultation with stakeholders

We asked 3500 young people and over 200 organisations in a series of hope hacks to hear what they feel is needed to help young people.
