The Enrichment Hub is a dedicated company that provides a safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed provision for vulnerable children and young people, ages 5 to 25, who come from deprived backgrounds and often experience challenges related to special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) or social care involvement. The Enrichment Hub’s programs are designed to address the unique needs of each child and create a supportive space that allows for healing, growth, and the development of essential skills. Led by a team of experienced school practitioners trained in trauma-informed practices and SEND-specific support, The Enrichment Hub provides specialised resources and safe spaces for children with additional needs. The provision which The Enrichment hub has run this year are: - Holiday camps during Easter, summer and Christmas. These camps provide sports e.g. football, basketball, arts and crafts activities, dance, drama, music. - After school clubs e.g. dance , basketball, - Term time projects in schools e.g. boxing, mentoring - Trips e.g. British Library, Saatchi Gallery, London zoo, cinema - Reengagement projects in secondary schools to facilitate engagement in learning and an improvement in attendance for pupils with persistent absence. - Creative workshops to develop Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) - Safe space talking groups to develop confidence and self esteem The SEND facilities provided are equipped with sensory rooms and designated calm zones, which offer an environment where children can access activities, regulate their emotions and feel safe. Practitioners champion the inclusion of children with SEND and so tailor activities to ensuring that each child has full access to all activities and can participate meaningfully. The Enrichment Hub offers a range of programs, including holiday camps, after-school clubs, extracurricular activities, creative therapy workshops, personalized learning sessions, and one-to-one mentoring. These offerings allow children to explore their interests in sports, the arts, and academics while building critical social and life skills in a supportive setting. In addition to helping children develop confidence, self-worth, social skills, self-regulation, and resilience, The Enrichment Hub aims to nurture positive peer relationships and foster an importance for emotional well-being. A cornerstone of The Enrichment Hub’s approach is its collaborative, multi-agency model. Working closely with parents, schools, social care services, and other community organisations. We build a holistic support network around each child, integrating multiple perspectives to ensure comprehensive care and continuity. This teamwork model not only enhances the quality of support each child receives but also strengthens communication across the support system, enabling a seamless response to evolving needs. To gauge the impact of our services and continuously adapt to the needs of our beneficiaries, The Enrichment Hub implements a variety of evaluation tools. Feedback surveys, confidence scales, wellbeing surveys and emotional check-in/check-out forms provide valuable date around the perspective and progress of each child. A mental health matrix allows staff to track emotional development and tailor approaches to support individual growth. We prioritise pupil voice, actively encouraging the young people to express their concerns, needs, goals, and interests. This approach fosters a strong sense of agency, empowering the children and young people to guide their own journeys and enabling staff to refine programs to reflect their views and aspirations. The children and young people consistently share positive feedback, describing the space as one where they feel “safe, cared about, and listened to.” They express genuine excitement for activities like boxing, dance and art which not only bring joy but also help them build resilience, discipline, express emotions and supposes camaraderie. The Enrichment Hub remains deeply committed to developing and expanding its services to reach more children in need. We aspire to make a lasting impact on the social, emotional, and mental well-being of vulnerable children, helping them grow into confident, well-rounded individuals capable of navigate life’s challenges.

Regular reports and data is shared with local authorities to describing the provision provided, analyse and feedback. These are used to develop and improve the provision and services provided to the target audience.
