    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Other accounting policies

    Basis of Preparation - The Financial Statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis. Going Concern - The Financial Statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, on the understanding that the Directors and Shareholders will continue to financially support the company during this uncertain period.
