Members' drawings and the subscription and repayment of members' capital

Members are permitted to make drawings in anticipation of profits which will be allocated to
them.

The amount of such drawings is set at the beginning of each financial year, taking into account the anticipated cash needs of the LLP.

New members are required to subscribe to a minimum level of capital and in subsequent years members are invited to subscribe for further capital,

The amounts are determined by the preformance and seniority of those members. On retirement, capital is repaid to members.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to companies subject to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006, as applied to limited liability partnerships.

Basis of preparation

These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 105 - 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

Particulars of employees

The average number of persons employed by the limited liability partnership during the year was 0 (2023 - 0).

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of Regulation 12 of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1911) and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime, as applied to limited liability partnerships.

For the year ending 31 March 2024 the limited liability partnership was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006, as applied to limited liability partnerships, relating to small entities.

The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006, as applied to limited liability partnerships by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
