Included in cost or valuation of land and buildings is freehold land of £ 500,000 (2022 - £ 500,000 ) which is not depreciated. |
The freehold land and buildings of the company are included in the Balance Sheet at open market value for existing use. The valuation was carried out by the Directors in September 2022 on a depreciated replacement cost basis at £1,450,000.The surplus or deficits on revaluation of freehold land and buildings are transferred to the revaluation reserve which is a departure from Financial Reporting Standard 102. |
