Revenue recognition |
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |

Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the statement of financial position date. |
Going concern |
Despite the company showing net liabilities, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The director will continue to support the company for a period in excess of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. |

7. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
At the balance sheet date, the company owed £15,807 (2022: £3,995) to members of key management personnel. No interest has been charged to the company in respect of this loan which is repayable on demand and is presented within creditors due within one year. |
Companies under common control and influence were owed £300 (2022: £2,000 owed to the company and the balance was included in other debtors) . This balance is repayable on demand and is included within other creditors. |
