John Holden and Mary Bernadette Holden, shareholders of this company, sold a commercial property to the company at its open market value of £180,000. They loaned monies to the company during the year of that sum which was outstanding at 31st March 2024. This loan is interest free and repayable on demand.

John Holden and Mary Bernadette Holden, shareholders of this Company, are shareholders of Holden Group Management Limited. This Company loaned £494,620 (2023-£20,000) to Holden Group Management Limited during the year and this amount was outstanding at 31st March 2024, which is the maximum amount owing during the year.. The loan is repayable on demand and interest is payable on the loan at commercial rates of which £22,162 (2023-£NIL) was received during the year.
