An intercompany loan of £1,015 (2023: (£677)) is owed to Oak Lodge Properties Ltd as at the balance sheet date.
During the year, Oak Lodge Properties Ltd received divdiends of £NIL in respect of its 100% shareholding in Calibre Property Management Ltd.
