The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A) of the Companies Act 2006.

1 Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The abridged accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).
Turnover and activity
The Company is a not-for-profit entity.
Shareholders are Leaseholders of the properties which make up the Freehold block of flats owned by the Company.
All matters relating to activities of the Company's property which include that of repairing and maintaining of the freehold asset together with the related financial and administrative procedures are dealt with by a Management Company acting on behalf of the Leaseholders. The Management Company provides the related financial information to the Leaseholders.
Tangible fixed assets
Tangible fixed assets consist of the freehold of a block of flats. The assets is considered to be non-depreciating.
