Company activities and impact

The company provides an online community to the NHS and health partners with the purpose of improving health services and reducing inequality. During the 2023/24 period we have: -Provided the online service to 4,500 community members sharing skills and expertise to improve healthcare services. -Launched an improvement community with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health -Delivered on a project in partnership with the Health Foundation and UCLH NHS Foundation Trust to support youths from deprived areas into employment within the healthcare system in NE London.

Consultation with stakeholders

-The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health community project has been delivered in close coordination with their stakeholders with feedback being taken on board to improve the technology, such as a '1-to-many' posting solution. -The Health Foundation and UCLH NHS Foundation Trust project to support youths from deprived areas into employment within the healthcare system in NE London has conducted its stakeholder engagement in close collaboration with the 3 local 6th form colleges involved. This has included 6 site visits to conduct co-design workshops and online feedback sessions.
