Company activities and impact

The company has operated a mental health support and mentoring support service for individuals and groups in the community. The company has benefitted community in the following ways By providing CCBT (Computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) to individuals in N Wales –over 200 individuals have benefited By providing an App Based Support programme in N Wales - over 200 individuals have benefited this year. By providing an online Virtual Support Hub, accessible by referral from a GP, Mental Health Support Worker, Third Sector Support Worker or by self referral giving access to individuals to a range of therapies including courses of support for Mindfulness, Depression, Anxiety, Self Esteem and other psycho-educational approaches to help to improve mental health and wellbeing. By providing mental health and wellbeing support to individuals by face to face sessions and telephone support and mentoring based support by phone, text message and by email and Counselling sessions The Company has been engaged to provide training and support to other organisations in delivery of App Based Support and the Silvercloud support platform.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are the individuals who are referred to the company for mental health related support and for group support. Also, the Local Health Board who refer individuals to the company for support and the volunteers who are involved in assisting in the provision of the support to individuals and groups. The Company has consulted with all stakeholder groups in the following ways: Completion of initial assessments of need for every individual referred Regular completion of CORE 10 outcome measure for individuals receiving ongoing support Meetings of groups to obtain feedback and set schedule for future activities Regular Stakeholder meetings including representatives from all the above stakeholder groups to provide advice, feedback and to act as a steering group for the services provided Completion by individuals of feedback questionnaires at the end of individual and group therapies Volunteer training, supervision and information sessions
