Basis of preparing the financial statements |
Fixed assets |
The company owns no fixed assets, but has entered into an agreement with Premier Ridgemount Ltd to lease the flats known as Greenwood Manor which are collectively at Manor Church Road, Fleet, Hampshire. |
Premier Ridgemount Ltd who developed the said properties, sold the freehold on 20 December 2000 to Tapestart Limited. Leases were granted of 125 years as from 29 September 1999 at a rental of £250 per annum per flat,during the first 33 years. |
The company paid no premium for the lease from Premier Ridgemount Ltd. |
