General information

The company is a private company limited by share capital, incorporated in England and Wales. The address of its registered office is Stanmore House, 64-68 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2JS.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including the director) during the year, was 1 (2022 - 3).

Related party transactions

The director has a loan with the company which was overdrawn at the start of the year by £69,524 and by £612 at the year end. The maximum amount the loan was overdrawn in the year was £88,015 (2022 - £139,875) and interest at a commercial rate has been charged by the company. During the year total advances of £79,569 were made to the director and total credits of £148,482 were received from him. The loan is repayable on demand.

Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies

Amounts disclosed in the balance sheet

Included in the balance sheet are financial commitments of £12,870 (2022 - £25,740). The NatWest Bank plc holds a debenture dated 23 January 2018, giving a fixed and floating charge over all the company's assets as security over any amounts due to them in relation to the loan expended to the company.

Included in the balance sheet are employer pension contributions paid after date of £Nil (2022 - £613).

These financial accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

For the financial year ending 30 November 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
