Basis of preparation | ||||||||
The significant accounting policies applied in the preparation of these statements are set out below. These policies have been consistently applied to all years presented unless otherwise stated. Service Charge Accounts The member is the residential owner of the managed property, Ebenezer Chapel, Chapel Street, Gunnislake, Cornwall, PL18 9NA. As part of the management of the property, service charges are collected from the leaseholders to meet the costs of management and maintaining the property. Service Charges received are held in trust for the benefit of the leaseholders and accordingly the service charge income and expenditure is excluded from the Company's Financial Statements and separate service charge accounts are prepared. The company did not trade in the year. |
