One to one and group music and performing arts activities and lessons were provided for young people aged 4plus in West London and surrounding boroughs. The company conceived set up and led community showcases events concerts fundraisers and festivals in collaboration with local community groups charities and primary and secondary schools. These activities helped young people build confidence foster a sense of belonging and promote community cohesion. Participants gained knowledge of various cultures with many achieving national recognition through nationally accredited certifications and diplomas. Parents and families benefited by experiencing a strengthened sense of belonging while providing their children with greater opportunities to display and showcase their talents. Over all these activities improved participants physical emotional social and mental wellbeing. During this year we worked with over 150 young people on a one to one basis and engaged with over 700 participants in group settings. Additionally these activities involved more than 500 individuals including friends family members and other members of the wider community.
Our companys stakeholders include over 134 local families who bring their children to learn and practice various art forms primarily music and performing arts. Other stakeholders include primary schools such as St Mary’s RC School St Catherines RC Primary School and Sacred Heart RC Primary School where we provide one-to-one and group music and performance lessons. Additionally we collaborate with local community groups and charities including Compass Theatre and various performing arts organisations. One notable example of our stakeholder engagement is the Mosaic fundraising event organised in partnership with Compass Theatre. This event was designed in response to stakeholders requests for a free professionally organised platform to showcase local talent. Furthermore we partnered with local churches to perform at Christmas events donating all proceeds to the churches. We have consulted stakeholders periodically through face to face meetings online questionnaires and group discussions. Based on their feedback we have implemented several initiatives and improvements. For example Hybrid Learning Model Due to challenges such as heavy traffic or public transport cancellations many stakeholders faced difficulties attending lessons leading to potential missed opportunities. In response we adopted a hybrid learning model, combining face-to-face lessons with online sessions supported by new technology. This ensured that young people could continue their music education seamlessly reducing disruptions and keeping them on track. Closed Facebook Community Group: To enhance communication and engagement we created a private Facebook group exclusively for parents of our students. This platform allows parents to connect share ideas provide feedback and suggest improvements. It has fostered transparency and enabled us to respond quickly to any concerns or changing needs. By maintaining open communication and responding promptly to feedback we have strengthened our relationships with stakeholders and adapted our services to better serve their needs
