1 Statutory information

2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
Current assets include £190,661 (2023: £121,289) owed from a director of the company. This is calculated from: - Advances / credits made during the current period amounting to £259,702, plus - Advance / credit balances totalling £121,289 subsisting from previous periods, minus - Repayments the company received from the director totalling £190,330 during the current period (£121,289 of which were repayments towards advances / credits subsisting from previous periods - not sourced from advances / credits made during the current period) . All advances / credits are repayable on demand and subject to interest at a rate of 2.00% to 2.25% per annum payable annually by 6 July and is calculated by reference to the average amount of the advances / credits outstanding during the year to 5 April.

For the year ending 29 February 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
