For the year ending 29 February 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
Pretarchi Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 08878390 . The registered office is 6 Houndiscombe Road, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 6HH.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis as the directors continue to provide financial support
when necessary to the company. The directors have also reviewed the position for 12 months from the date the
accounts were approved and in their opinion the company will reduce the balance sheet deficiency and will show
positive results for the next financial period.
2.3. Turnover
Turnover primarily comprises the fair value of the consideration received for the provision of hotel accomodation
services in the ordinary course of the company's activities. turnover is shown net of value added tax, rebates and
discounts. The company recognises revenue when the services are provided..
2.4. Intangible Fixed Assets and Amortisation - Goodwill
Amortisation is provided on intangible assets so as to write off the cost, less any estimated residual value, over their
useful life as follows:

2.5. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following bases:
Freehold 2% straight line
Plant & Machinery 20% reducing balance
Motor Vehicles 25% reducing balance
Fixtures & Fittings 20% reducing balance
Computer Equipment 25% reducing balance
2.6. Stocks and Work in Progress
Stocks are stated at the lower of cost incurred and estimated selling price, of the food, beverages and consumables
purchased for resale. Stock is valued on a first in first out basis.
