Our beneficiaries are young people who have experienced disadvantage and isolation, including, but not limited to, young people in care, young refugees and asylum seekers, homeless young people, young people with mental health needs, disabled young people, young people with emotional and behavioural needs, NEET (not in education, employment or training) young people, young carers, young people in the justice system. Our supported housing model and training programme prepares young people for independent living and enables them to successfully manage living in their community, when often they are at risk social exclusion and experience isolation and disadvantage in the community Young people will benefit from support provided by workers they can trust, who will offer advice and assistance to enable them to make positive decisions about their lives Resilience factors like: positive educational experience, consistent support from a carer and a secure support network are vital for ensuring young people can achieve.
