2. | GOING CONCERN |
For the period ended 29 February 2024 the Company incurred a loss before tax of £7,300 (2023: £1,042). As at 29 February 2024 the Company had net liabilities of £20,894 (2022: £13,594). The management of the Company have assessed its ability to continue as a going concern and deems that the going concern assertion is appropriate. |
The Company has the continued support of Julian Forsey as Ultimate Controlling Party who is able to provide funds to the Company as necessary. |

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for: |
