We have continued running both our education Forest School Programmes and our Family Forest School Programmes which is an accredited OCNWM programme. This has been taken up by students with ASD and other learning needs and has included green woodworking, woodland kitchen amongst many other skills. Upskilling young people in outdoor skills and improving confidence, cooking skills and fine motor skills. We have continued to work on a 1:1 basis with young people. The COVID pandemic resulted in increased levels of anxiety and other mental health issues amongst children and young people that still have lingering effects. This 1:1 work helps to give these young people the skills needed to navigate into adulthood
The company stakeholders are teachers and heads of local schools and PRUS. Due to the nature of our delivery we are in weekly contact with them regarding the effectiveness of the ongoing programmes and making changes necessary to keep the work we do up-to-date and relevant. Schools are also asked to fill in evaluation forms at the conclusion of their programmes. No significant changes to our delivery have been necessary as the evaluation is always ongoing. Other stakeholders are local families that attend our Family Forest School Programmes, they are also asked to fill in evaluation reports at various times during the year. There has been no formal consultation process during this period as we have been responding to the needs of each of our markets if and when anything is raised in our review forms.
The directors remuneration can be found in the accounts £6,080
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
