The company was formed to help raise funds towards community projects within the village of Westhouses. The company fundraises, applies for grants and recieves donations. One of the long term goals is to secure a community centre for the village and this has been the prime focus. Feasability studies have been obtained.
The stakeholders are the community within the village of Westhouses who through public meetings, surveys and at discussions at coffee mornings provide guidance and feedback to the company as to the projects they want for the village. As part of the feasibility study for the proposed community centre the whole village was invited to complete a survey.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
