As described on the balance sheet you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts for the year ended 29 February 2024, which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes, and you consider that the company is exempt from an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006. In accordance with your instructions, we have compiled these unaudited accounts in order to assist you to fulfil your statutory responsibilities, from the accounting records and information and explanations supplied to us. | ||||

The company has no income and expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the period relate to the maintenance of Ravenswood, in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions are shown in seperate service charge accounts which have no need to be filed at Comapnies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of the properties are held in trust for the residents. In previous years the service charge accounts have been incorporated into the accounts filed at Companies House therefore the comparative accounts have been restated to reflect that there is no need to do so | ||||||||
