Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the directors are satisfied that the company will have adequate resources to meet its liabilities to third parties as they fall due.

Going concern

At the balance sheet date the company had negative shareholders funds of £392,606 (2023: £389,027). Consequently, the company is dependent on the continued support of its directors and shareholders (including related companies) who have given their personal assurance that they will provide all financial assistance to enable the company to continue to meet its ongoing obligations as they fall due. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from a withdrawal of the assurances given by the directors and shareholders.

Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 0 (2023 - 0).

For the financial year ending 29 February 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
