The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

Transactions with related parties
Mr J V Stantchovsky is a director and shareholder in both Easylink Homes Limited and Easylinks Property Limited.
At the balance sheet date Easylinks Property Limited was owed £1,258,852 (2023 £1,111,852) by Easylinks Homes Limited as shown in in debtors due with one year, the loan is subject to interest at a commercial rate and is repayable upon demand.
Easylink Property and and Easylinks Energy Limited are associated companies, both are 100% owned by Easylinks Holdings Limited.
During the year Easylink Energy Limited charged Easylinks Property Limited a management charge of £80,000 (2023 -£25,000).
Easylink Holdings Limited is the ultimate holding company.
At the balance sheet date Easylinks Property Limited owed £2,261,124 (2023 £2,471,779) to Easylink Holdings Limited as shown in in creditors due with one year, the loan is subject to interest at a commercial rate and is repayable upon demand.
The company is a 100% owned subsidiary of Easylinks Holdings Limited, company number 04168176 whose registered office is Unit 8, Brindley Court, Victoria Business Park, Prospect Way, Knypersley, Stock on Trent ST8 7PP
