During the financial year, we successfully ran our 12-week wellbeing and mindset programme, which focused on helping children develop a growth mindset, overcome limiting beliefs, understand the importance of gratitude, stay present, and challenge negative thoughts. Additionally, we organised two wellness clubs during the school holidays, which covered key areas such as nutrition, hygiene, and mental and physical wellbeing. These initiatives have significantly benefited the community by equipping children with practical tools to enhance their mental and emotional health, while also promoting healthy habits and self-awareness in a supportive and engaging environment.
The company’s stakeholders include the local children’s centre in Tooting/Streatham, nearby primary schools, and parents. We have consulted these stakeholders through meetings, surveys, and informal feedback sessions to understand their needs and gather suggestions. In response, we have tailored our programmes to better support children’s wellbeing, introduced activities based on the feedback received, and improved communication with parents and schools to ensure alignment and effectiveness. This collaborative approach has strengthened our partnerships and ensured our services meet the needs of the community.
