Our activities throughout the year have generated notable benefits for the community: Social and Economic Contributions: By empowering vulnerable individuals to live independently, we contribute positively to the local economy. Residents who have progressed in our program are now participating in local employment, paying rent, and contributing to the community's social fabric. Public Health Improvements: Our support has reduced the number of emergency health incidents related to substance abuse and mental health crises, easing the demand on local healthcare facilities. Enhanced Community Cohesion: By helping individuals reintegrate into society, we promote a sense of inclusion and respect within the broader community. Our work helps reduce stigma associated with homelessness and mental health issues, fostering a more compassionate and understanding community environment.
Engaging with stakeholders is a cornerstone of our approach, ensuring that our services are both effective and responsive to the needs of those we support. Throughout the financial year, we conducted consultations with a diverse group of stakeholders, including service users, staff, local authorities, healthcare providers, and community organisations. These consultations informed our strategic planning, program development, and service delivery, helping us refine our approach to better serve the community.
