Company activities and impact

Bakers Nation empower the community by providing jobs and creating a platform for young bakers to become self employed thereby reducing dependency on the council to provide benefits. It provides mentorship programs and teach new skills to the members of the community, whilst building togetherness and transference of skill form om generation to another.

Consultation with stakeholders

Engagement with stakeholders was made through community baking events. We use food to bring all stakeholders together from diverse communities together to share their different cultures and providing a platform for self-expression.
