Our mission is to offer free or low cost treatment and therapy to anyone who is in need, in particular those who are unemployed, on low incomes, in receipt of benefits and those who could otherwise not afford to pay for treatment and therapy themselves. Through one to one sessions and group classes, we aim to empower individuals and families to better manage their own health and to build a healthier and happier community. The project provides a wide range of therapies, covering both mental and physical health, including Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Nutritional therapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy. We are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company operating from the Anderida Practice in Forest Row, East Sussex. We are a large team of health professionals, passionate about serving the needs of our community.
