The company continues to provide personal and business mentoring to its mentees. These are carried out by the company by collaborating with trusted industry professionals and with their own pastoral expertise. April 2023 to March 2024 has seen a significant decline in our service provision due to unforeseen circumstances which resulted in group mentorship and being cancelled for the better part of 6 months of the year being reported. However, the company successfully carried out one to one mentorship to individuals transitioning from Higher Education and University into the workplace. Topics included 1 Resilience 2 Taking Ownership 3 Being a Team Player 4 Having a voice 5 Self Care Business mentoring continues and involved those working in the Events Industry, florists, catering and young entrepreneurs. Topics included: Administration; Time Management; and Supplier Agreements. Whilst the amount of mentorship has scaled down, the service offered was without doubt rewarding and beneficial to the mentors and mentees alike. It is hoped that our services can continue strongly into the next reporting year.
We continue to listen to our stakeholders and it is through their input that we arrive at topics of mentorship to be covered within our programmes. We continue to receiving feedback after each session and this allows the company to make the appropriate adjustments necessary. We continue to seek advice and support for our mentees and their families through volunteer mentors and professional coaches, counsellors and local authority early intervention practitioners.
