Principal activities of the company

Directors' Report: Principal Activities of the Company For the financial year ended 31st May 2024, the principal activity of the company was the rental of residential property through Airbnb. The company generated revenue by letting out the property and took steps to enhance the standard of the accommodation to maintain high customer satisfaction and improve long-term profitability. Financial Performance During the reporting period, the company received the following payments for property rentals through Airbnb: June 2023: £57.84, £72.30, £90.23, £138.82, £53.02, £5.60, £79.83, £281.10, £143.64 July 2023: £79.82, £320.15, £210.83 Property Enhancements To ensure the property was maintained at a high standard and to attract prospective tenants, the following expenditures were incurred: Decorative Upgrades: Purchase of a sofa bed for £492.05 from The Range. Purchase of a desk for £123.20 from Dunelm Ltd. Stationery and materials: £6.00 from a stationary supplier, £28.50 from B&Q. Tools and paint for property upgrades: £97.12 from Screwfix. Cleaning and Maintenance: Petrol costs: £63.40 on 18th July 2023 for managing the cleaning and preparation of the flat. Yearly maintenance fee for the property office: £100.00 (contributed to a trust charity fund). Yearly maintenance fees for the property office: additional £73.75 for Forest Park Road (paid on 25th March 2024). Legal and Administrative Costs: Legal charge for professional services: £200.00 (6th September 2023). Accountancy fees for filing the annual statement: £60.99 (23rd May 2024). Utilities and Advertising: Payment for electricity and property advertisement: £42.00 (15th January 2024). Outlook for the Future The company remains committed to maintaining and enhancing the quality of the property to meet tenant expectations while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Investments in maintenance and improvements will continue to support the company’s rental operations and reputation.
