The Company provides support for families and individuals experiencing domestic abuse and sexual violence. Over the course of this period, we have provided advice and information, advocacy, and support to over 5000 individuals. This support is tailored to meet the needs of the individual and can include such things as crisis intervention, risk management, criminal justice system liaison, support to attend court, and accessing legal advice. We deliver groups and programs to those who wish to recover from the impact of domestic abuse and sexual violence and those who wish 10 end their abusive behaviors. Through the COVID pandemic we also delivered activity and mindfulness packs to families, and to meet increased financial pressures we ensured that our service users had access to food and emergency funds.
Our stakeholders are our service users and the communities we operate in and our statutory and voluntary partners. We held quarterly meetings with our key funders and commissioners to review our performance and the emerging needs in our communities. From service users, we consult with them regularly through service user involvement groups and by gathering feedback through online portals to ensure that we meet their needs.
