This limited company was set up and functions for the sole purpose of acquiring and managing the freehold of 4 maisonettes known as Dower House. We are the 5 owners (home owner added as director) of the properties and directors of the company and have a joint business account and each pays into this monthly for our Buildings Insurance and other related joint property expenses, i.e. Web Filing, Companies House, ICO membership and bank charges etc. Sometimes we release some money from the account evenly between the four maisonettes to pay for maintenance or home improvements, which is money accumulated in the account we have paid evenly into. The only fixed assets are the 4 maisonettes, the estimated rebuild cost is around £600,000.
