Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
The financial statements have been prepared on the basis of the going concern assumption, which assumes that the company will continue its operations for the foreseeable future. As of 16 January 2025, the company is facing certain financial challenges but believes it can continue as a going concern.
The director has assessed that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due through the generation of sufficient revenue from its day-to-day operations. Additionally, the director has indicated that, if necessary, both the director and the shareholder are willing to inject additional funds into the business to support its ongoing operations and address any short-term liquidity concerns.
Management is confident that the measures in place, combined with these financial commitments, will enable the company to continue operating for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.
No adjustments have been made to the carrying values of assets and liabilities that would be required if the company were unable to continue as a going concern.
