Principal activities of the company

The company’s principal activity is to serve as an investment company for future investment opportunities on behalf of its parent, Newlon Housing Trust.

If we identify such material inconsistencies or apparent material misstatements, we are required to determine whether this gives rise to a material misstatement in the financial statements themselves. If, based on the work we have performed, we conclude that there is a material misstatement of this other information, we are required to report that fact. We have nothing to report in this regard

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Financial Reporting Standard 101

    Turnover policy

    Turnover is attributable to the principal activities of the company, which comprise interest receivable from loans extended to joint ventures. The income is recognised on the accruals basis in accordance with the underlying loan agreement.
