For the year ending 5 May 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Company activities and impact

The company was set up in order to conduct the activities described below: Analytical and policy work with a focus on soft power and cultural diplomacy communications and media campaigns and projects to promote international cultural dialogue. Cultural projects with a focus on the use of innovations and technology in arts and heritage protection Web3/blockchain projects for culture, museums, and social impact. Networking community building for arts, culture, and media professionals from the UK and Ukraine, including those affected by the war in Ukraine (coming to the UK as refugees or on business) Over the period of May-July 2023, the company applied for grant funding: 1/ to conduct training for creative economy professionals, to be funded by the British Council 2/ to produce digital content to promote knowledge about Ukraine with India’s audience, to be funded by the Ukrainian Institute. Both applications were unsuccessful.

Consultation with stakeholders

In the process of application, the company liaised with the British Council and the Ukrainian Institute to clarify terms and conditions of the grant funding program.
