We have 70 Alexander Teachers teaching young people in an educative setting from the UK who have requested to be on our mailing list. We have offered regular meetings to support these teachers with any concerns that have arisen from their teaching practice. We have also discussed some of the general issues that have arisen e.g. the continued after effects of coronavirus pandemic on well being and the effect of technology on mind and body 'use', headaches, eyestrain, anxiety etc. We held a live workshop in London looking at how Alexander Teachers can use their expertise to teach young people manifesting ADHD. We have been looking at ways to extend our profile in education so that more young people can benefit and have access to Alexander Technique lessons.
