PHOENIX LEARNING PROJECT CIC

Company Number: 11963338 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 April 2024

Company activities and impact

Phoenix is a 2 day a week learning centre for home educated children in Frome and surrounding areas. Our project provides an important resource for local home educating families, providing a rich learning environment catering well to those with additional needs. We are continuing to offer 3 subsidised placed to increase our accessibility. The provision was accessed by 12 children per week, dropping to 6 depending on external circumstances (moving away/moving on to college/financial constraints).

Consultation with stakeholders

Parents, directors and staff have been consulted throughout the year about how the project is working for them and the families using it. Overall feedback has been very positive, with parents reporting the provision is an irreplaceable part of their child's week.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets
