Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 May 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Company activities and impact

The company runs and operates The Melodrome Mobile Stage CIC. During the financial year 2023-2024 the company's activities benefitted the community in the following ways: The stage presented at 9 Events to the general public between May and December 2023. We supported an Arts Council Bid and subsequent dance performance for young people. We continue to increase our participatory events, encouraging people to perform with us. We estimate to have encouraged over 1,500 people to perform. 200 volunteers assisted with events including young people. All volunteers received training in all apsects of performance arts events and were paid expenses.
