Activities for R.I.C.O. Consultancy's Prison Confidence-Building and Motivational Program: Empowerment Workshops Participants share personal stories and set achievable goals for their future. Through guided discussions, they develop strategies to overcome challenges and build resilience. Role-Playing Scenarios Engage in real-life scenarios to practice decision-making and conflict resolution. These activities enhance self-awareness and foster constructive communication skills. Vision Board Creation Participants design vision boards to visually outline their aspirations and goals. This activity inspires hope and reinforces the power of positive thinking and focus. Daily Gratitude Journaling Encourage inmates to document three things they are grateful for each day. This practice fosters positivity and helps reframe their mindset towards growth and self-improvement.
All stakeholders were consulted, and their feedback was carefully considered and used to refine and improve RICO Consultancy's services.
