During the financial year, KRIMMZ Girls Youth Club has provided vital services and opportunities for young people in the local community, fostering personal growth, development, and empowerment. The club has focused on creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where girls can explore their interests, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. We have hosted a variety of sessions on topics such as leadership, career development, and personal well-being, equipping participants with the tools they need for future success. We have organised sports, arts, and cultural activities to promote creativity, teamwork, and physical health.
The primary stakeholders of KRIMMZ Girls Youth Club include: The young girls and participants, parents and volunteers. Throughout the financial year, the club has actively engaged with stakeholders to ensure that its programs remain relevant and responsive to their needs. The consultation methods included: Surveys and feedback forms, focus groups and regular volunteer meetings: Actions Taken in Response to Feedback More Inclusive Programming: Feedback from participants indicated a desire for more culturally diverse activities, leading to the inclusion of cultural heritage events and arts programs that reflect the community's diversity. More sport opportunities for all members of the community. By responding to stakeholder feedback, KRIMMZ Girls Youth Club continues to adapt and grow, ensuring its programs meet the evolving needs of the community it serves.
