1. General Information
Bonners Yard Management Company Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 08153708 . The registered office is 49 Queens Road, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 3NF. The presentation currency is £ Sterling, rounded to the nearest £1.
The objects of the company are to acquire, hold, manage and administer the freehold or leasehold property or properties known as 22, 22a, 22b and 22c Park Street, Thame, Oxon, OX9 3NF (managed property), to include the collection of all rents, charges and other income to pay all outgoings of whatsoever nature charged, assessed, or imposed on or in respect of the managed property or any part of it.
The company is to provide services of every description in relation to the managed property to include maintance, repair, renewals, cleaning and insurance, and to arrange for the supply of services to it.
The company is to establish and maintain capital reserves, management funds and any form of sinking fund in order to pay or contribute towards all fees and expenses incurred in the implementation of the company's objects and to require the members of the company to contribute towards such reserves or funds.
Due to difficulties in obtaining a bank account, the company makes use of the personal bank account of a director, this
account is a de facto bank account for the company, jointly held with an associated Trust for the purposes of managing the service costs of 49 Queens Road, Thame, OX9 3NF. The balance of £3,627 (2023 - £3,523) included in these accounts is the amount due to the company. The approach has been adopted on the basis of economic substance taking precedence over legal form.
The company acts as a Trustee in respect of service charge monies received, the cash balance is not considered an asset of the company and therefore has not been included in the company Balance Sheet, as at 31st July 2024 the balance of service charge monies amounted to £nil (2023 - £nil). The service charge income and expenditure has been included in the company profit and loss account.

For the year ending 31 July 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
