Conclusion As we reflect on another year of growth, impact, and transformation, we are proud of the strides we have made in empowering boys, supporting families, and building stronger communities. Together, we have continued to tackle the challenges faced by boys growing up without fathers, offering them the tools, skills, and confidence to thrive. Looking ahead to 2025, our hope is to inspire others, particularly schools, to adopt and deliver interventions like Lad Pods themselves, equipping them with the tools to engage boys at an early stage and provide essential emotional and developmental support. By empowering others to take action, we aim to broaden our impact and ensure that more boys have the opportunity to grow into confident, resilient young men.

Consultation with stakeholders

Lads Need Dads Stakeholders The stakeholders of Lads Need Dads include the boys and young men who participate in the programmes, their mothers and carers, mentors, schools, local authorities, community partners, funders, and volunteers.
