In 2023- 2024 the Flourish Jewellery Project CIC hosted a range of community projects and training. The Glow program supported groups of women and young people to access design and making. A total of 12 people took part in this program. The Atlas program enable young people and adults from the global majority groups to learn how to design and make. A total of 18 people took part in this program In 2024 3 Glow particpants recived a scholarships to enable them to attend further training to develop their skills and abilities. A community selling exhibtion was held which enabled over 200 people to attend and buy orginal works. The project has also under took an extensive taster workshop program and workshops which enables memebers of the public to develop their skills and support the work of the project.
The directors of the company are widely connected with a range of community projects and organisation. Through these networks the Directors have been able to consult, collaborate and enage with a range of youth organisations, charities and organisations. Through these consultations it has enabled the Directors to develop range of programs which reduce the barriers that are experinced and increase the access to craft and making. The project particpants have also contribute through the development of the project through the program evlauations. This consultation has enabled us to to design a variety of workshops which enable the public to enage in.
