The main stakeholders are the congregation at any time and they have been consulted at the end of each service as to the way forward by means of a meeting after the service. The consultations centre around the venues used and suggestions are received about alternative venues in our search for a permanent place for worship. There are also consultations about religious and social education for the children in the congregation. Feedback is continuously being received on this matter as we design a programme for the youth
