The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

Transactions with related parties
During the year, rent was paid to a company; Bunny Hill Farm Weddings and Events Ltd of £25,000 (2023: 25,000) a company in which Mr P Wood and Mrs S Wood are also directors and shareholders. There was a balance outstanding of £nil (2023 : £nil) at the year end. Bunny Hill Farm Cottages Ltd has an inter-company loan arrangement with Bunny Hill Farm Weddings and Events Ltd (company number: 11221956). Both companies share the same shareholders and directors. The balance at 30 April 2024 was £15,600 (2023: £60,000) owing to the company by Bunny Hill Farm Weddings and Events Ltd.
