Diverted 64tons of timber from the waste stream by reusing materials to improve the environment. Offered practical training and skills development courses with hands on learning which helped mantel health. 464 hrs. Created work experience and employment opportunities to afford our service user experiences and opportunities they wouldn’t normally bee able to access. 12,920 hrs.
The company’s stakeholders are 18-25 year old residence of East London needing help into employment and training. We survey our stakeholders with questionnaires. We created impact reports summaries to stakeholders for a variety of council and corporate departments too. We ask everyone using our service for the first time to fill in a short questionnaire within their workbook. We also conduct feedback research in order to enable us to cater for the local need. We also consult with the creative and construction industry. We have social media and other online outlets we use to assist us in working with local need as well as face to face sessions.
