Association of Health Reformers (AHR) organised an annual Health Conference since 2022. The 3rd conference took place August 26th - September 1st 2024. This was attended by approximately 300 delegates from communities across the UK. We gave health talks on women's health as well as men's health and also held mental health and well being workshops. Nutritional plant based food was served for those taking a break from cooking and 'how to cook healthy plant based meals' workshop was also held Early morning exercise was provided to get people in to the habit of walking and moving. Our monthly magazine continues to go out to approximately 700 e-mail participants. The September 2024 edition highlighted the workshops and photos of the 2024 Health Conference. We trained 36 people as community health coaches (CHCs) in Manchester so that they can educate members of the community to manage lifestyle habits and make healthier lifestyle choices.
