Since its establishment in April 2020, Outstanding Futures has firmly established its presence and is now recognised for its impactful work within the Ipswich community. This report focuses on the tax year 2023-2024, during which the organisation continued to collaborate with key stakeholders, includ-ing local businesses. Through these efforts, Outstanding Futures has positioned itself with the aim of becoming the preferred training provider in Suffolk. With a focus on preparing vulnerable and marginalised groups for employment, the organisation has developed a portfolio that includes employability skills training, employer engagement, and interview techniques. In addition to these core areas, Outstanding Futures has expanded its offerings to include Digital Ser-vices, Real Estate, Creative Industries, and Business Start-up and Support initiatives. Consequently, much of the organisation's activities during the 2023-2024 financial year have been pre-paratory, laying the groundwork for full-scale implementation in the 2024-2025 financial year.
Outstanding Futures CIC Update Outstanding Futures CIC has actively engaged with key stakeholders, including the Jobcentre Plus (JCP) and the University of Suffolk. Additionally, the organisation has appointed three new Directors, each bringing a diverse range of skills to help drive the organisation forward. The focus has been on refining offerings to better align with community needs. As part of these efforts, a new website has been developed: https://www.outstandingfutures.co.uk.
