During the financial year 2024-2025 Buzwak Consultancy has supported the local Rastafari community with a project called the Eden Project. -local residents have been engaged in better understanding Rastafari culture. -local Rastafari elders have been supported in setting up an elders council who meet to discuss community engagement and raising awareness on marginalised faith groups -
The company’s stakeholders are Rastafari community members interested in sharing their knowledge to the local Community and local residents interested in cross-generation inclusion work. We have conducted meetings where local residents where asked what they know about African centred religious groups, specifically Rastafari and given the opportunity to discuss with the Rastafari elders council how to neter engage and what education needs there are to better meet the communities needs. Our consultation engagement events enables us to plan how best to engage local residents and local schools.
