The company continues to make strides with building a community dedicated to growing the space industry in the North of England and North Wales. A number of events were attended in support of the North West Space Cluster. Further work was also done in building relations with University research groups who will later work in the space industry.
The NSC has consulted with a range of organisations in the North West of England and North Wales following the launch of the North West Space Cluster. This was through a series of individual dialogue meetings, as well as cluster meetings. The types of organisalions consulted with were STFC, Sci-Tech Daresbury, the UK Space Agency, The Manufacturing Technology Centre (Liverpool), Airbus, UCLAN, OpTIC centre, and Square Kilometer Array (SKO).
