Chasing Prospects CIC continues to work in the community to support young people not in employment, training or education. At present we are working collaboratively with another organisation in the boroughs of Richmond and Kingston to support young people aged 13-25. We have 1:1 sessions that focus on the career paths young people can pursue as well as how best to deal with the barriers. In total we have supported over 150 young people alone this financial year. We understand that the targeted young people we work with have limited access to resources or often do not want to seek out these services for a number of reasons and we continue host pop up workshops Pan-London to support these young people. We completed a feedback questionnaire with our cohort and we got a 96% highly satisfied/excellent service from 50 young people. We continue to work within the community to help young people most at need.
We complete regular feedback questionnaires with our young people to see how satisfied they are with our service and we got a 96% highly satisfied/ excellent service. We are also in conversation with the schools, youth centres and local authorities that we work with on how best to improve our services and this is often unique to each service provider. We pride ourselves on not having a one size fits all approach which I believe is how we continue to deliver a relevant service for our cohort and service users. We want to be innovative and adaptable in how we deliver services and are in discussions with a number of our young people and external agencies on how best to integrate AI into our services.
