Good Footing CIC design and deliver walking wellbeing activities and initiatives for charities, businesses individuals and local communities in the North of England. We help to improve the mental and physical health and wellbeing of people through walking and talking therapeutic sessions and other health and wellbeing initiatives. We have worked with 100s of individuals and groups in our local community and the wider Yorkshire and Peak District region this year. This has positively impacted the wellbeing of each beneficiary and surrounding communities, enabling individuals to live more healthier, happier and fulfilling lives. And being less reliant on the NHS, medication and other overrun services.
