Going concern

The accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue in the future.
The balance sheet shows an insolvent position as at 30 April 2024 with net liabilities of £62,939 (2023: £45,616). This position may indicate that the company is unable to pay its liabilities as and when they fall due.
The main liability of the company is monies owed to the director and her company, who have been financially supporting the company over the past few years. The director has given assurances that these liabilities will not be called for unless funds allow and that she will continue to support the company.
As a result the director feels it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on the going concern basis.
