The Enterprise Academy has continued delivering skills based workshops and programmes across the UK inspiring and empowering young people. Our programmes centre around developing skills so young people can make and create change, in their own life and in their community. Over the last year we have worked with over 20,000 more young people through programmes that have developed skills such as enterprise, social action, budgeting and employability. The Enterprise Academy’s work has raised aspirations, inspired and empowered young people nationally.
The Enterprise Academy engaged a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, freelancers, partner organizations, clients, and young people, to participate in a survey and open discussions about its current work and future initiatives. The feedback received was overwhelmingly positive, emphasizing the significant impact The Enterprise Academy has had in raising young people’s aspirations and ambitions while enhancing their business knowledge and understanding. In response to these findings, we have actively adapted our programs to better align with the needs and aspirations of young people. By placing them at the heart of our design and decision-making processes, we ensure their voices are central to shaping the direction and delivery of our initiatives. This approach has allowed us to create more meaningful, relevant, and impactful programs that empower young people to thrive.
