Consultation with stakeholders

Our primary stakeholders are adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults who live in County Durham. Our stakeholders also include events and festivals both locally and across the country. The company’s directors have over 25 years combined experience supporting disabled people and have experience working in the events and creative industries. All of our directors have lived experience of either being autistic, having a learning disability or learning difficulty, or long-term youth unemployment. We co-produce everything we do, involving people with lived experience at every level, from focus groups with people who access our services, to directors on our board and members of our staff team who have learning disabilities, difficulties and/or are autistic. This enables us to continuously be led by people with lived experience of the issues and barriers we aim to break down.
