Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the company. Monetary |
amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £. |
Going Concern |
The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements. |
Turnover |
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
Tangible fixed assets |
Depreciation is provided at the following annul rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life. |

Taxation |
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |

Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |

Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits |
The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension scheme are charged to profit or loss in the period to which they relate. |
Revenue recognition |
Revenue is recognised as the sale of IT services. The point at which a sale arises is when the benefit of the services has been received by the customer. |
Cash and cash equivalents |
Cash and cash equivalents are included in the balance sheet at cost. Cash and cash equivalents comprise of cash within the bank. |
Trade and other creditors |
Trade and other creditors are recognised initially at fair value. Subsequent to initial recognition, they are |
measured at amortised cost using the effective interest method. |

At the balance sheet date, included within other debtors is the amount of £91,935 (2023: £42,475) due from Mr J A Tighe, the director of the company. |
At the balance sheet date, included within other creditors is the amount of £17,145 due to Mr E R C Stacey, the director of the company. In the prior period (2023) included in other debtors was the amount of £6,735 was due from Mr E R C Stacey. |
